CPR and First Aid

Build the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in an emergency with our CPR and First Aid training.  Course for CPR and First Aid are through the American Red Cross and HSI.  Some courses can be through Blended Learning where you complete the online portion of the training from any computer.  Once completed, a time, date, location will be set up for you to do the skills portion of the course.  The entire course should be completed in 60 days.

Personal Protection

Learn practical personal protection skills and strategies designed to help you stay safe inside and outside the home.  Firearm safety courses and non-lethal training as well.
